Discounted Rates
If cost stands between you and a healthcare solution, you’ll be relieved to know that Baker Rural Health Clinic serves the community with clinical care at a discounted rate. Out-of-state residents are also welcome.
- Payments on the sliding fee schedule range from $10 for lowest income and increasing based on income, to a maximum of $55.
- Insurance accepted at Baker Rural Health Clinic: Sunshine, Medicaid, Medicare and Ambetter.
- No one will be denied access to services due to the inability to pay.
- There is a discount/sliding scale fee schedule available based on your family size and income.
- We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and Sunshine and Ambetter insurances. Cash pay should expect to pay $55 per visit.
